The terraced house is located on the 3rd coastal line and has an uncovered front terrace of approx. 15 m2, a balcony on the 1st floor facing the rear and a small walled courtyard of approx. 25 m2 with shower, BBQ and a sun sail.

Ground floor of 50 m2: We have the main entrance to the living-dining room and from here you go to the beautiful fitted kitchen with an American breakfast bar with access to the courtyard. It is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, double fridge - combi, dishwasher and microwave as well as inventory and kitchen utensils and further back there is a small laundry corner with washing machine. 1 guest toilet.
1st floor of 47 m2: 2 bedrooms with freestanding wardrobes (1 bedroom with double bed 1.50 x 2.00 m and the other bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m) – one with balcony and view of the courtyard. 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Bright rooms and the house is in very good condition, grey stone tile floors, double glazing with partly tilt windows and sliding system, grey aluminium blinds, alarm system, TV channels via Smart-TV with 300 Mb fiber internet, GESA electricity, hot water via 50 l electric boiler – however planned with solar collector. 100% furnished in modern style and supplied with bed linen and towels.

Seasonal rent from 6 - 10 months + additional utility costs for water, electricity, alarm system. 1 month deposit. Minimum stay 6 months.
