Beautiful rustic farm in Sant Lorenç.

The open property is located on a hill with a beautiful wide view of the surroundings and the mountains.

Outside we have a covered terrace with a small summer kitchen which is equipped with hob, refrigerator, grill. In addition, there is a table tennis next to the saltwater pool. The lovely orchard invites you to relax and there are also fresh eggs from the laying hens nearby. Carport and bicycles also available.

On the 1st floor there is an uncovered terrace with access to a bedroom.

Rooms: The house was built in 1981 on 2 floors and has approx. 180 m2 living space. Some small renovations have been carried out to date - however, the typical Mallorcan charm and details have always been preserved.

Ground floor: Entrance to the dining room with altillo, open fitted kitchen which is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. 1 bathroom with shower and a living/dining room with access to the laundry room.
