Cozy family apartment with spacious roof terrace and pool! Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in a private gated community in Cales de Mallorca, just a few minutes from beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort and rest. There are two cozy bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed 180x200, bedroom 2: a single bed and a French bed 140x200) as well as two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The open-plan living-dining area with a large sofa invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room provides everything you need on holiday.

A special highlight is the 50 sqm roof terrace - perfect for a relaxed breakfast with a view of the sky, cozy barbecue evenings or simply for sunbathing and playing with the children. From the balcony you also have a view of the community pool, so you don't lose sight of older children who can already swim safely.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a hand blender and an air fryer. For families with small children, a baby bottle warmer is also available.

To ensure that our little guests also feel comfortable, we have equipped the apartment in a family-friendly way: A high chair, a travel cot with a high-quality mattress, children's dishes, a baby food warmer and sand toys are available. We are happy to provide you with the travel cot free of charge on request. For entertainment, there is a Smart satellite TV with German-language programs.

The service fee for bed linen, towels (incl. beach towels) and final cleaning is € 120.00 and is to be paid in cash on arrival. In addition, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) is levied in the Balearic Islands: €2.20 per night in high season, €0.55 in low season. From the 9th night there is a 50% discount, children under 16 years are free of charge. Payment is made in cash on arrival.
