Outdoor area: The walled and fenced plot of approx. 7,100 m2 has an automatic entrance gate, ample parking spaces and additionally a semi-open carport of approx. 70 m2 for up to 4 cars, a beautiful and well-kept garden with extensive lawn areas, many palm trees and ornamental shrubs. Antique decorations and interesting areas on the property complete the picture. There is also a nice fountain, an interesting stone seating area for up to 16 people, a beautiful Roman-style bridge where in the lower area – down a few stone steps – there are large columns and arches as well as a large uncovered terrace.

A curved paved path leads to the underground garage where 3 cars can still be parked and in front of the house there is a 32 m2 pool with an adjacent apartment/studio with an outdoor shower. Of course, the large covered BBQ with adjacent wide covered terrace with enough seating and a hammock for the subsequent siesta time must not be missing……

A staircase on the outside of the main house leads to the tower with a roof terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains (San Salvador).

Location: Between Ses Salines and Colonia St. Jordi. Good access road.

Distances: Approx. 3 km to the coast and to Colonia with all its services such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies and approx. 50 km to Palma.
