Winter offer between November and April:

Small, cozy casita with communal pool, AC and courtyard in a small village near Campos – Sa Ràpita.

Outdoor area: There are plenty of private parking spaces in front of the house, a small front terrace facing southwest and a walled courtyard of approx. 45 m2. Opposite the small street there is a communal pool of 52 m2, garden and BBQ / gas summer kitchen with a large covered terrace that can be used.

Rooms: The ground-level, charming casita has a living-dining room with integrated kitchen (incl. all household appliances and dishwasher), 1 bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe as well as 1 en-suite bathroom with tub/shower.

Equipment: Double glazing, thick walls and thus a good indoor climate, brown floor tiles, internet of 7 Mb, sat TV, clothes drying rack, 2 x air conditioning (hot-cold), municipal water, GESA electricity, electric hot water heater, visible roof beams, nice ambiance and fully equipped incl. bed linen and towels.

Miscellaneous: Pets allowed on request. Monthly payment, deposit of 1 month's rent. Additional costs/consumption of electricity, water, internet and final cleaning included. Max. 2 persons and minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances / Location: The house is located opposite Apts 23 a – d which can also be rented in winter. Sa Sorda is a small, original village in the countryside, still quiet and close to the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes y Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 50 km and Campos approx. 8 km.
