The chalet is located in 1. Line of the coast - close to the pedestrian promenade on a 300 m2 plot and is provided with a low wall and a manual gate.
It has a paved covered terrace and garden area.
Premises: Built in 1946 with some later renovations. Approx. 110 m2 living space on the ground floor.
From the entrance you go directly into the dining room with terrace access and integrated and furnished fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
2 double bedrooms ( one of them has fitted wardrobes ) and 1 further single bedroom, 1 guest toilet.
In the back of the house we have a living room and access to the dining room, laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink and an electric boiler and 1 bathroom with shower.

Location / Distances: The chalet is located directly in 1. Line near the harbour - but there is no beach here - there are some services on site. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, Santanyi is 5 km away and Palma is 55 km away.
