It is located on the 8th floor in a building of 12 floors and there are other residential units. In addition, parking, community pool with enough sunbathing areas, a restaurant and 3 elevators.

Premises: The apartment of approx. 45 m2 of living space was built in 1970 and completely renovated in 2023. 

We have a living - dining room with access to the terrace, a modern white - but small fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with shower.
