we are renting a nice room with a window in our apartment in Can Picafort. A private bathroom with a shower would also be available.
Preferably to a quiet person.
A proof of employment is required
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A terrace is available.
The price includes utilities
1 month's rent as a deposit
By arrangement.
