A unique, albeit reduced, living environment for individual, independent island lovers/ideal for beginners! Small detached house; the upper floor is occupied by the owners for a maximum of 2 months per year (mostly February/April), the rest of the time is for exclusive use.
We look forward to pleasant, trouble-free housemates who, like us, will appreciate this little gem, who have technical understanding and reliably manage/use the pool and garden themselves. Reduced monthly rent by €200 for a single person. Base rent €1,200 depending on start/date/duration/number of persons - max. 2 (electricity/water prepayment - final settlement at the latest after final accounting/move-out/offset against the deposit (2 months' rent)).
The offer is exclusively for non-smokers. Depending on the start of the tenancy (towards the high season, from May) there is an additional monthly charge of €100 on the advertised rent, depending on the start of the tenancy or arrangement... We look forward to meeting suitable housemates ;)
