Storage space or warehouse for boat wanted

I am looking for a storage hall or shed to store my boat for repair work.
Power would be necessary and, if possible, a water connection. The condition of the hall or shed is not that important; what matters is that tools or machines (grinders, etc.) can be left there occasionally.
Preferred location would be in the north of Mallorca, i.e. the Alcudia, Pollenca to Can Picafort and Inca area.
The rental period does not have to be long; short-term is possible, as it is primarily intended for refurbishment and renovation.
