we are a German-Spanish couple with a permanent center of life in Mallorca. For over 30 years, we have been running our own construction and interior design company, specializing in high-quality finishes, creative space solutions and sustainable renovation, and we want to prepare for retirement
We are currently looking for a property full of character for long-term rent – preferably a finca, Casa Rural, Masía or a house in need of renovation, rural or close to the city within a radius of approx. 50 km from PMI Airport.
Our special feature:
We are prepared to carry out necessary renovation work professionally on our own. In doing so, we suggest that the work invested should not be invoiced separately, but that it should be charged in a fair form via the monthly rent – e.g. via a staggered initial rent, rent-free months or partial settlement by arrangement.
The material costs would be offset against the rent and jointly agreed.
