Garage / underground parking space wanted for long-term rental in the southeast - all year round

For my youngtimer I am looking for a lockable garage or a secure underground parking space in the south-east.

I have a house in Cala D'or, I'm here all summer (April-November) and it would be nice if that wasn't more than 20 km away from me.

I have 2 parking spaces in the yard myself, but I don't want to have an older car, which is here all year round, outdoors.

If necessary, a parking space in a larger underground car park would also be possible.
