I am looking for a financially reliable replacement tenant (no later than 01/05/2026 or earlier) for my beautiful small apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large partly covered terrace) in Cala Figuera. The apartment will be handed over fully furnished and completely equipped.
The warm rent including electricity, water, heating and internet is €1,000.00. A one-time lump-sum payment of €1,500.00 is required upon signing the rental agreement.
