Hello,
I am looking for a female flatmate for a casita in the center of Cala Ratjada, available immediately!
You should be female, as this is a shared flat.
The casita has 3 bedrooms, and the largest one is available for you.
Except for my bedroom, all other rooms are available for shared use!
Living room / kitchen / bathroom / study and the large patio and surrounding terraces.
The casita is fully equipped and furnished; bed linen, towels, etc. are all available in plenty.
You should be an animal lover, as two cats and two dogs live with me.
Despite the animals, I like things clean and tidy..... I take care of that thoroughly!
Your share of the rent would be €500, including water and internet - electricity is extra.
