Unfortunately we have to give up the operation of our beloved fincahotel next quarter for family reasons and hand it over into new + responsible hands.
The over 150-year-old, completely renovated in 2017 and fully certified agrotourism fincahotel in the southeast of the island (15 min. to the sea) in Son Mequida/Felanitx with 11 rooms/25 beds offers the possibility of takeover as of 01.04.2026 or by agreement, on a lease basis.
After more than 7 successful years we want/have to step out/leave/hand over.
A transfer fee/traspaso and a rental deposit are required.
The local company (SL) with all registrations + licenses, etc. can also be taken over if desired.
