It has 1 bedroom, 1 dressing room, 1 bathroom with separate WC as well as an additional outdoor bathroom and a large living (or sleeping) room on the upper floor.

Large covered terraces, 50 cm thick stone walls, PVC windows with double glazing, partial interior stone cladding and an insulated sandwich roof provide a pleasant living climate and Mediterranean charm.
