Description:
I am offering my Pfaff ClassicStyle Quilt 1527. The machine is explicitly sold as defective for hobbyists or for parts recovery.
Condition and defect:
• Main defect: The bobbin carrier (plastic bobbin case holder) is broken and needs to be replaced (see detail photos). In addition, the hook assembly is misaligned.
• Cosmetics: The machine shows signs of use appropriate for its age and slight corrosion on some screws (was unused for a long time).
• Mechanics: The housing is sturdy; the needle bar and the IDT system (top feed) appear intact visually.
Special notes for hobbyists:
This machine is ideal as a parts donor for the popular Pfaff Select or ClassicStyle series. Particularly valuable are:
• The integrated IDT™ system (original dual feed).
• The foot pedal including power cord (fully functional).
• Housing parts, motor components and the extension table.
