Before assessing the price, it is essential to inspect the vehicle in question. The 1998 Land Rover Defender 300 TDI is equipped with a turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine of 2.5 liters (2495 cm³) that produces 83 kW (113 hp). This engine, known as the “300 TDi”, was introduced before the arrival of the more modern Td5 engine, which replaced the 300 TDi engines from 1998/1999 to comply with new emissions regulations.
