We have been the owner of a small finca in the Manacor / Felantix area (approx. 70 sqm living space; 7500 sqm plot) for almost 3 decades and have always been able to do all pending work around the house ourselves in the past.
Since we are now losing our strength a bit, we are looking for a nice, reliable and flexible support for cleaning / laundry / occasional cleaning from summer 2024. Gardening.
The finca is used by ourselves as well as by our relatives (no business!).
There are about 5 - 10 final cleanings per year (mostly in the period April - October).
Work that needs to be done would be, for example, sweeping the terrace; Making of the beds (max. 4 persons) as well as the final cleaning.
It would be an advantage to have your own washing machine, so that the laundry can also be supplied.
After being addressed, gardening work could also be taken over to a limited extent.
We are happy about every serious letter or otherwise. Contact (knowledge of Spanish is required).
