Tasks:
- Support and advice for our regular customers by phone/email
- Responding to customer inquiries about our products and services
- Receiving and processing orders
- Maintaining customer relationships and establishing new contacts
Requirements:
- Residence near Porto Cristo, Mallorca
- Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable access to a stable internet connection
- Independent way of working and commitment
- Passion for wine and enjoyment of dealing with customers
Working time:
Approx. 4 hours per day, flexible by arrangement
Remuneration:
Attractive commissions based on performance and sales success
