Stablehand/Groom (full-time) - East Mallorca - long-term

For our lovingly run finca in the east of Mallorca we are looking for a reliable, horse-loving person for a long-term collaboration. The job is more than "just the stable": we are looking for someone who thinks along, gets stuck in and enjoys a varied daily routine with horses and finca tasks.

Your tasks (varied & practical)

Horses & stable

Stable and feeding routine, organizing paddocks/fields

Horse care (grooming, washing, etc.)

Helping to prepare the horses (training/everyday)

Lunging, groundwork (if available: very welcome)

Possibly a little riding – if possible, not mandatory

Support with starting/young horse work (depending on experience)

Assistance with the veterinarian/farrier (holding, preparing, documenting)

Finca & allround

Small repairs, maintenance, touch-ups

Caring for paddocks/pastures/arenas, occasional gardening

Practical tasks around the grounds: tidying, organizing, improving

Driving a tractor would be a big plus

What you should bring (important)

Driver's license + own car (necessary)

Work permit for Spain (necessary)

Teamwork skills, respectful manner, good communication

Reliable work attitude: punctual, tidy, attentive, proactive

A real heart for horses: calm, fair, responsible

👉 Horse experience is great but not a must – if you are motivated, learn quickly and work reliably, you fit.
👉 Groundwork experience is a bonus.
