About us
Our charter base in Cala d’Or operates a modern fleet of motorboats and ensures that our international guests have unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun. For the 2026 season we are looking for someone to support our on-site team with a positive attitude and commitment.
Your tasks
• Support with check-in and check-out of our charter guests
• Cleaning and maintenance of the boats
• Assistance with docking and undocking maneuvers
• Support in on-site charter sales and guest services
• All other tasks that arise in daily harbor operations
Your profile
• Experience in the nautical or tourism sector is an advantage – but not mandatory
• Manual skills and an eye for cleanliness
• Friendly, service-oriented manner
• Good English skills; German desirable, Spanish a plus
• Team player, reliable and happy to work under the sun
• Accommodation or residence nearby, as there may be longer lunch breaks
