ABOUT nº74
nº74 is a creative, artisanal and committed brand that imagines sensitive, timeless worlds through textile collections, decorative objects and artistic experiences. We have just opened our third atelier in Mallorca. It is a living place where craftsmanship, creativity and exchange take shape through a boutique, pop‑up events and creative workshops.
As part of our local and global development, we are looking for a Boutique & Pop‑Up Development Manager to lead the strategy, operations and expansion of our presence in Mallorca.

YOUR MISSION
In collaboration with the creative and strategic leadership, you will be responsible for developing the boutique and atelier activities, increasing local visibility and making it an essential place for our community.

1. Boutique Management & Development
Ensure the day‑to‑day management of the boutique: customer experience, opening/closing, sales, organization.
Develop a sales strategy consistent with nº74’s identity.
Analyze performance, monitor KPIs, optimize sales and profitability.
Design and implement inspiring, scalable merchandising.

2. Team Management
Lead, train and motivate the boutique and workshop team.
Ensure a positive, creative and results‑oriented team spirit.
Organize schedules, allocate responsibilities and supervise operations.

3. Pop‑Up Stores & Workshops
Design and coordinate pop‑up events and creative workshops.
Imagine engaging experiences aligned with the brand universe.
Ensure logistics and planning.

4. Local Development & Visibility
Develop a local communication and awareness strategy.
Identify and activate creative levers to attract local and international customers.
Create collaborations with cultural players, artisans, schools, hotels, etc.
Implement local marketing actions: collaborations, events, content and targeted campaigns.

5. Contribution to nº74’s Global Projects
Participate in the brand’s global strategic development.
Bring on‑the‑ground insight to nourish creative, commercial and communication projects.
Be nº74’s ambassador in Mallorca.

PROFILE
Proven experience in store/retail management, leadership or concept development.
Creative sensitivity, strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.
Inspirational leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to grow a team.
Good communication skills and interest in the local environment.
Ability to work in a dynamic, artisanal and artistic setting.
Spanish and English required; Catalan or French a plus.
