Hello, my name is Josephine, I am 26 years old, a native German speaker (fluent in English) and I live in Palma. Since the island is quieter in the winter season (October to April), I am looking for a flexible part-time job for this period with about 8–15 hours per week.

What I offer:
• Babysitting: Care for children from 5 years old, reliable & responsible
• Home care: Checking on things, airing, minor checks – ideal if you are away for longer periods
• Administrative support: Assistance with phone calls, emails and organizational tasks (also possible remote/home office)

Conditions:
• Flexible working hours by arrangement
• Minimum pay: €20/hour (net)
• Home care is arranged individually and negotiable (depending on location, size and effort)

I have basic experience in the mentioned areas, am reliable, trustworthy and discreet.
