My name is Johanna Pardo – 45 years old, shaped by German-French influences and happily based in Mallorca. I am an experienced project manager, passionate organizer and creative designer who loves structure – but never forgets the person behind it.

After more than 15 years in leadership, sales, project management and community building, I now combine strategic thinking with a fine sensitivity for teams, processes and communication. I have worked successfully both in corporate environments and as a freelancer – most recently as the founder of Mallorca-United, a growing community for conscious entrepreneurs on the island.
