I am a multilingual, experienced professional with over 15 years of professional experience in sales and international customer communication. In the course of my previous work, I have gained extensive experience in managing demanding clients, building long-term business relationships, and professionally interacting with international customer groups.

My core competencies include in particular:
- Sales in both B2C and B2B sectors
- Multilingual customer communication and support
- Experience with CRM systems
- Organization, coordination, and structured customer processes
- Experience in an international environment as well as in the tourism sector
- Multilingualism: four languages at a fluent level, including German and Spanish in spoken and written form

I work reliably, in a structured and service-oriented manner, and I am used to working independently and solution-oriented.

Due to my family situation as a mother, I am only looking for a remote position that can be arranged flexibly either part-time or full-time – depending on the scope of duties and compensation.

My current employment relationship still exists, but the company is, due to economic developments, in a situation that will likely lead to closure. For this reason, I am already looking for new opportunities early.

A start of employment would probably be possible in about two months, or earlier by arrangement if necessary.
