German caretaker couple, resident caretakers; seeking a new challenge — continuously active since 2009 in upscale households. Well acquainted with the requirements of such estates, reliable and discreet. Technically skilled due to trades training. Extensive experience with BUS-Technik, Sonos, Ospa, Kieback&Peter etc., as well as in the care of high-end furnishings, both interior and exterior including the pool area, sauna and spa. Maintenance of high-quality vehicles is also included. Minor repair work is carried out personally; larger jobs are planned and supervised in consultation. Household accounting, official errands and driving services are a matter of course. Both hold FS3, are non-smokers and have no children. Languages are German, English and Spanish.
