Berth in Mallorca Wanted 44ft FINDER'S REWARD

Hello everyone

Does anyone have an insider tip for a permanent boat berth (≈ 44 ft/13.5 m sailing yacht) in Mallorca?

I've already contacted literally all the marinas on the island – everywhere only very long waiting lists or expensive monthly rents without a long-term option.

I'd appreciate any idea, contact, experience, or offer. I will pay €500 for the successful lead!
