Our houses are made of selected Nordic spruce. The wood is untreated, robust and ideally suited to the Mediterranean climate. The chalet corner joints provide stability and windproof walls. From a wall thickness of 40 mm, we also offer you professional roof insulation with OSB boards, insulation and double Tela Asfáltica to optimally protect your house against heat and moisture.

🪵 Flooring, extras & customisation

As standard, we supply all houses with a robust wooden floor. For longer durability, we recommend laying laminate or vinyl in addition.
In addition, you can customize your home:
• Windows and doors can be retrofitted or added at any time
• Possibility of split air conditioning (recommended instead of mobile devices)
• Chimney connection possible, while respecting the safety distances
• Optional thicker roof insulation (e.g. 8 cm) for extra thermal protection

📜 Permits

In many municipalities in Mallorca, a "licencia de obra" (building permit) is required. The customer is responsible for obtaining the permit – we will be happy to advise you on this and provide information on the procedures.

⚒️ Foundation

A stable foundation is crucial for the longevity of a wooden house.
A simple concrete slab or point foundations is often sufficient.
Alternatively, we also offer construction on a gravel foundation (Gravilla) – an uncomplicated and cost-effective solution that is ideally suited for many models.

The delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks, depending on the model.
