We are a well-coordinated team (German married couple) with permanent residence in Cala Millor and offer you a comprehensive all-around service for your property.
Whether a holiday finca, apartment or villa, we ensure that everything is in and remains in the best condition.
When you arrive, you should enjoy your vacation and not have to worry about trifles such as shopping.
Our services at a glance:
-Property care & checks depending on the package: intensive, weekly or monthly (despite the alarm system, additional protection against "Okupas")
-Professional cleaning before and after the stay.
-Key management and key handover for possible personal guests.
-Arrival service, pickup from the airport or transfer booking
-Handyman service, small repairs (included in the package), organising specialist work through local companies, supervising and accepting the work.

Details and prices depending on agreement, size and effort. Long-term contracts with discounts from 10% depending on duration and advance payment.
