Got a renovation or new build you want to move forward but cash is tight? I’m offering something simple: my labor, tools, and two decades of hands-on building experience in exchange for a share of the finished project.

I’ve built and restored homes, cafés, and villas across New York, California, Berlin, and Mallorca—handling everything from structure and plumbing to fine woodwork and finishes. I can live on-site and work full-time for months if the deal makes sense for both of us.

In other words, you get professional work without paying upfront. I get equity or ownership in the property. It’s a no-brainer if you’ve got the vision but need the manpower to bring it to life.

Recent projects include Serre Bar on Kremmener Str 8 and Openhouse on Christburger Str 10, both in Berlin.
