The terraced house has a garage as well as 3 large terraces – a covered one on the 1st floor facing the street, an uncovered one at the back towards the pool (one of them with partial sea views) and a covered terrace on the ground floor facing the street, a 10 x 6 m saltwater pool, outdoor shower, loungers and seating area with chairs and table.
Rooms: The terraced house was built in 2008 and offers approx. 170 m2 of living space.
The ground floor of 93 m2 has an entrance area which is the bright and friendly living room, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and TV. From here, a large staircase leads to the first floor. On the right hand side there is a small pantry and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom and shower.
On the left hand side is the modern, spacious fitted kitchen with dining area, pantry and American bar, which is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils – and you have access from here to the garage and the large terrace with pool. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available there.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms – 3 of them upstairs on the 1st floor with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and 1 of them with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor. All rooms - except one - are equipped with fitted wardrobes.
Equipment: Double glazing, ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 x A/C on the ground floor, oil central heating throughout the house, hot water via aerothermal energy with a 300-liter storage tank and support from 4 large solar panels. 1 GB internet (Movistar), cistern and city water, electricity through Fenie Energía. Spanish TV channels and 2 Smart TVs. The property is 100% furnished and equipped with towels and bed linen.

The monthly rent for a rental period between 8 - 10 months is 1950 € with monthly payment, 2 months deposit and utility costs for electricity, water and heating oil. Included: Internet, garbage fee and pool/garden maintenance. Commission depending on the rental period.
Location/Distance: The terraced house is located in a quiet side street in Son Bieló (between Sa Rapita and Estanyol) with neighbors. To the nearest cove it is approx. 2 km. To Palma approx. 40 km and to the supermarket and pharmacy approx. 1.5 km distance.
