I am renting out a room in a shared apartment located in Cala Mandia, right on the seafront, with direct access to the beach at the foot of the building.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is currently available. The room includes a built-in wardrobe and a window with a direct view of the beach. There is also a balcony with a sea view.
The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and shared.
I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and employed.
About me: I am French, and I speak French, English, and a bit of Spanish. Im a very suite and respectful person.
Rent: €500/month + electricity bills shared between two.
I love dog, so small dog cant be ok if it is calm and well-trained
