Single-storey chalet with pool and oil central heating in Portocolom – near the harbour.
The fenced property with a beautiful garden and many shady areas measures approx. 500 m2 and has an 8 x 4 m clor pool with whirlpool area, outdoor shower, BBQ, loungers, seating set with chairs and table and a sofa. The covered terrace measures approx. 18m2.
Premises: The single-storey chalet was built in 2002 and offers approx. 155 m2 of living space:
An entrance area consisting of a bright hallway from which the adjoining and spacious living-dining room opens, which is equipped with a large sofa, satellite TV, mosquito nets on the doors and has exit to the terrace garden. To the left of the hallway is the modern fitted kitchen, which is equipped with induction plate, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils - there is also a laundry area/storage room with washing machine next door.
The chalet offers 3 bedrooms ( one with a double bed of 1.50 x 190 cm and the remaining two are equipped with 2 single beds each ( 1.80 x 1.90 cm ) with bedside tables and 2 of them with built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a chest of drawers and a storage room with cupboards, where there is also a safe and an iron.
There are also 2 bathrooms ( one with shower and one with bath/shower )
Equipment: double glazing, 4 x air conditioning (hot-cold) as well as oil central heating in all rooms, city water, bright rooms, SAT/Smart TV, Internet of 300 MB, oil tank of 1000 l, hot water via boiler of 200l. The property is 100% furnished – bed linen and towels included.

Location/Distance: The chalet is located in a side street of Portocolom that is not too busy – near the harbour ( approx. 1 km ). The nearest bay is 2.2 km away. To Palma approx. 60 km. The supermarket Eroski in about 400 m.
