The house is located on a walled and fenced plot of approx. 1,000 m2 which offers a nice garden area with hammocks, lawn area, a 3 x 6 m pool, BBQ and a nice wide view from the covered terrace as well as from the uncovered terrace on the first floor.
Rooms: Built in 2002 with approx. 200 m2 living area on two levels.
Ground floor: The entrance area is the bright living/dining room with an open fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Next to it is a walk-in pantry.
1 bathroom with shower where the washing machine and electric hot water heater are located.
A corridor leads to the 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (2 of them with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Exits to the outside from the living/dining room, the kitchen and the corridor.
Upper floor: Accessible via the outside stairs to a large double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower.
Facilities: Brown floor tiles, double glazing, aluminium and wooden shutters, 5 x AC (hot–cold) in the living/dining room and all bedrooms, oil central heating, satellite TV with Spanish channels, Internet Wi‑Fi 3 + 1 MB, electricity from Gesa - combined with solar panels, cisterns and well water for the garden, hot water via heating oil or solar panels. 100% furnished in a modern and ethnic style. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided on request.

Other: Pets are not allowed. Monthly payment with a deposit of 1 month's rent and extra: electricity and heating oil as an advance flat-rate payment in advance. Agency fee depending on the length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 4 km to the coast, approx. 6 km to Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi, approx. 40 km to Palma.
