Since my landlady, with whom I have spent several months a year for years, is giving up tourist rentals, I am looking for a small apartment or flat for seasonal rent for the months of April/May and September/October.
Preferably Cala Ratjada, Font de sa Cala, or Capdepera.
It is important that I can bring my two Maine Coon cats. Both are loving, absolutely house-trained outdoor cats.
Therefore, only an apartment that is on the ground floor and in a rather quiet, somewhat secluded location comes into question. It should definitely not be located on a busy street.
I am interested in a well-maintained and quiet tenancy and look forward to suitable offers. I will be on the island until the end of October. My budget is +/- 1400 euros/month. Please contact me at 00491628590749
