Our townhouse is located in a quiet alley in the old town center of Artà. The pedestrian zone with its cafes, restaurants and small shops is a 10-minute walk away; many beaches in the area can be reached by car within 10 minutes.
The house has on the ground floor a bedroom, a large entrance area, dining and sitting area, kitchen and shower room as well as the guest patio with washing machine. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with direct access to the terrace as well as a small room with a desk.
The terrace is semi-shaded and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Artà and Sant Salvador.
The bedrooms each have a double bed (1.40 m on the ground floor and 1.80 m on the 1st floor).
