Beautiful holiday home for up to 8 people in Cala d'Or right on the coast with beautiful sea views. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 400m from Calo des Pou beach. Directly in front of the house on the coast there is a staircase, so nothing stands in the way of entering the sea.
The house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Three bedrooms have access to a balcony, two of them with beautiful sea views. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea is guaranteed here.
The cottage has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and barbecue with seating for 8 people. The large pool with sea views completes the holiday home perfectly.
Around the pool you will find sun loungers and a nice lounge to enjoy the view.
Up to three cars can be parked in the private driveway, as well as in the garage. Another highlight of the house is the beautiful roof terrace, which can be used with caution.
Towels and bed linen are included. For the final cleaning, a one-time fee of € 140,-- will be charged. Prices are seasonal and start at € 280,--/night.
