We rent our beautiful country house near Inca with about 100sqm of living space. The house is located in an absolutely quiet location, on a fully fenced 5,500sqm plot.
The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom is a walk-through room), a living room, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, a roof terrace with far-reaching views and a large outdoor terrace. 2 bedrooms and the kitchen-living room are equipped with air conditioning. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher and all things for daily needs (see photos). In addition, there is fiber optic internet in the house.
The house is located about 5 minutes drive from the MA-20 and in less than 30 minutes you can reach Palma and Playa de Muro. Various shopping facilities can be reached in less than 5 minutes in Inca.
The rental price depends on the number of tenants and the duration of the rental. Minimum rental period is 7 days.
