General
The apartment "Puerto 1" is located directly at the harbour of Colonia Sant Jordi in a small side street. From the terrace you can look out over the harbour and the sea. Colonia Sant Jordi is located on the southeastern tip of Mallorca, surrounded by beautiful undeveloped natural beaches. One minute from the apartment there is a small beach at the port, behind the harbor is the natural beach "Es Dolc". Within walking distance is the famous natural beach "Es Trenc".
The apartment Puerto 1
The apartment is located in a newly built apartment building on the 1st floor, it was completely new and modernly furnished in 2017. It consists of a light-flooded room of about 25 square meters, which is divided into two areas, the open kitchen with dining area and the living area in friendly, bright furnishings with satellite TV and Wi-Fi with Internet access. A couch is suitable as a double sofa bed. Therefore, a maximum of 4 people can stay in the apartment. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower. A baby cot can be provided. The living area and the bedroom each have hot / cold air conditioning, so that the apartment can also be used in winter. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove with 4 plates, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Hairdryer, bed linen, hand and bath towels, ironing board and iron complete the complete equipment. The highlight of the apartment is the 12 sqm balcony with a dining area for 4 people and with a fantastic view of the harbor and the sea. Since the living area and the terrace face the street, the traffic noise is audible. The bedroom, on the other hand, is located at the back and is therefore very quiet.

Extra charges
The rental prices include the cost of electricity during the season. For the final cleaning € 60.- and for the laundry € 20.- extra will be charged.
If the sofa bed in the living room is used for additional guests or a baby cot is to be paid a surcharge of € 5.- per person per night.
Conditions
Minimum rental period in the season is 5 days, in winter 7 days, individual extra days are possible. The apartment is generally available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If possible, these times can be changed by arrangement. Pets are not allowed.
Special conditions for the winter months
In winter, the minimum rental period is 7 days, for a long-term rental of 30 days or more, the rental prices are cheaper. Electricity costs are € 25 per week extra.
Terms of payment
When booking, 20% of the basic rent is to be paid by bank transfer or PayPal, the remaining 80% is to be paid on arrival in cash or one week before by bank transfer or PayPal.
In case of cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the rental, the rent will be refunded in full, the deposit will be refunded in full, in case of 14 days only 20% of the basic rent will be paid, so that the deposit will be charged.
Additional Info
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, if you still indulge in this vice, please use the balcony. Dogs are not allowed. Water for drinking, cooking or for use Coffee machine and kettle can only be used exclusively from the water bottles that can be bought up to 8 liters of balloons in the supermarket due to the water quality in Mallorca.
