At the back of the house there is a large summer kitchen with barbecue, butane gas hob and oven, fridge and freezer and an outdoor laundry room with washing machine.

We have the entrance to the living - dining room with open fireplace, + over a small step it goes to 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, corridor to 1 further single bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is at the end, kitchen equipped with kitchen butane gas, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Equipment: Bright tiled floors, single glazing, beige aluminum shutters, satellite TV and Spanish channels, 600 MB Internet connection via radio antenna, GESA electricity, electric radiators, city water, hot water via gas boiler. Furnished and equipped for up to 6 people.
Other: Pets are not allowed as it is an open lot. 1 MM deposit + electricity costs extra via meter. Commission depending on length of stay.
