Ground floor: Wide entrance with access to the living-dining room, equipped fitted kitchen which is equipped with all household appliances in addition to the entire kitchen inventory.
1 bathroom with shower.
1st floor: 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one of them with 1 bathroom ensuite - shower) and an additional 1 bathroom with shower.
