Minimum rental 2 - 3 months for a rental price of 1-700 € and for 4 - 5 months rental 1.600 €. Prices and availability for the months of October and April on request. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 3 km to the towns and beaches ( Colonia and Ses Salines ) and approx. 55 km to Palma.
