The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom is a walk-through), a living room, an eat-in kitchen, a large bathroom, a roof terrace with sweeping views and a large outdoor terrace. 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher and all daily necessities (see photos).
The house is located about 5 minutes drive from the MA-20 and in less than 30 minutes you can reach Palma and Playa de Muro. Various shopping facilities can be reached in less than 5 minutes in Inca.
The rental price depends on the number of tenants and the duration of the rental.
