Winter offer between November and April:
Ground floor completely renovated chalet - apartment with courtyard, outdoor shower, barbecue and front garden on the outskirts of Cala Llombards.
There is a front garden - with a corridor - at the house - to the rear area - courtyard - but the staircase leading to the adjoining house - may not be used - not even by the owners. The rear area has a large barbecue, outdoor shower and comfortable stone benches. It was pulled through a small fence and bushes – as a view and sun protection to the adjacent terrace of the Nacharn owners.
Directly behind it is the nature conservation zone.
The gas cylinders for the hot water gas boiler are also located outside.
Premises: The apartment has approx. 70 m2 of living space and has been completely renovated in 2024 - electrics, plumbing, windows...
Entrance area via a Persian door, followed by a glass door which leads into the living room and into the adjacent, open dining area with fitted kitchen with exit to the courtyard / garden. The kitchen has all electrodomestic household appliances such as washing machine, electric oven and microwave ( at eye level ) and a 3 ceramic hob and large fridge. Inventory available
From the living room there are 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe and via a hallway (dressing room – storage cupboard) the 2 further – but small bedrooms with standing cupboards. ( 2 double beds of 1.40 cm and 1 single bed of 0.90 cm.
Equipment: Light brown laminate flooring, 4 x air conditioning ( hot - cold ), Internet fiber optic can optionally be shared with neighbors ( owner next door ), brown PVC Persians, double glazing, gas boiler for hot water, 3 Smart TVs, east and southwest orientation, city and cistern water ( selectable ), Gesastrom. Other: Seasonal rental between 7 – 10 months with monthly payment of 980 € + NK of electricity, gas bottles, city water or possibly well water (approx. 8 E per month). Internet optional. Garbage fee included.
Winter offer between November- April with minimum rental of 2 months for 880 € + electricity consumption. Internet optional.
1 MM deposit.
The garden and plants in the courtyard are also to be watered – if not – a gardener comes in summer to take care of it and costs go extra to tenants. Commission depending on length of stay.
Animal husbandry allowed - caterpillars of the pine trees can only be seen there in spring.
