SEASONAL RENTAL from/between March/April and October:
Typical village house/ mill with courtyard of Manacor.
The village house in a mill on 2 floors was completely restored in 2003 keeping the original tower and has a sunny courtyard with a roof, a BBQ and a laundry room with washing machine, electric hot water boiler and water decalcification. In the basement there is a still original wine cellar.
Premises:
Ground floor: We have the entrance with an observation tower with a hallway where we go to the left to 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and safe, 1 bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub, living-dining room with closed fireplace and access to the terrace, fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
To the right we have 1 open office and a staircase leading to the basement and a staircase to the 1st floor.
Upper floor: On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one with fitted wardrobes) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: The house has tiled floors, double glazing, brown wooden blinds, on the ground floor a wood stove in the living room and radiators in the different rooms that work with water heated by the wood stove, AC ( hot-cold ) in the two bedrooms on the first floor, Spanish TV antenna, Wi-Fi connection 7 Mb., mains water, 100% furnished.
Other: Pets are not allowed. Rental only between April and October. 1 MM deposit.
Monthly prices:
April, May, September and October for 1,600 e
June, July and August: €1,800 + consumption of electricity and water extra by meter. Includes internet and 2 weekly intermediate cleaning as well as garbage fees. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Minimum rental 1 month and max. 7 months.
Distances: Quiet street next to Rafael Nadal's tennis academy, 10 minutes from all services in Manacor, 20 km to the coast and about 48 km to Palma.
