It is located on a walled plot of approx. 320 m2 with indoor parking and has a covered front terrace with some steps and another one at the back of the house, 1 outdoor bathroom with shower and another entrance gate from the back street.
Premises: Approx. 135 m2 living space on the ground floor and built in 1983.
We have the entrance to the living-dining room with fully furnished and equipped fitted kitchen with gas cooking flames, electric oven, fridge and microwave. Leading off the hallway are 2 double bedrooms with double beds with fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with bath/shower. Washing machine room with washing machine and another 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds.

Prices: For the season between 7-10 months (except July and August) and minimum 7 months: 820 E per month, 1 month plus electricity, water and garbage costs.
Winter offer between October and April with a minimum of 2 months rental Rent: 820 E per month, 1 month deposit and electricity consumption
Prices for the months of September, May, June (in winter rental annex: 1,300 E + electricity consumption and 1 MM deposit. Agency fee depending on the rental period.
Miscellaneous: Animal husbandry by arrangement. Monthly payment.
