Very well maintained and modern village house with small pool, 2 large terraces and garage in Es LLombards - Santanyi.
Outside: garage of approx. 25 m2 with adjoining courtyard of approx. 60 m2 and a pool of approx. 4 - 6 m ( sun sail for available in summer ). On the upper floor there is an uncovered large and airy terrace of about 45 m2 with beautiful views and sunsets.
Premises: The 2-storey house has approx. 160 m2 on 2 levels and was completely renovated in 2018.
The large one offers plenty of space and has a typical entrance area with round arches. To the front - left and right - are 2 bedrooms (one with 1.60 m double bed each and one with 2 single beds) and through the round arch you reach the living-dining room with large glass sliding doors which lead to the terrace. Behind it ( also provided with many window fronts ) is a modern, white fitted kitchen with a small breakfast table, ceramic hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher and an electric oven at a height of 1 m.
From the garage and through the living room there is access to 1 bathroom with shower.
An open staircase from the living-dining room leads to the 1st floor with 1 enormously large 2nd living room with a secretary and internet connection - from here it goes to the approx. 40 m2 terrace. Furthermore, there is a 3rd large bedroom and 1 further bathroom with shower.

For less than 10 months, the following prices apply:
Between November and March: €1,500 each
April - May and October: €2,000 each
June and September: €2,500
July + August: €3,500 each
Minimum rental period 2 months ! Utilities extra of electricity, water and internet extra.
Included: garbage fee and pool maintenance. One-time provision, depending on the length of stay.

In this village there is a bakery, 1 pharmacy and 3 restaurants. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the center.
