The hedge-enclosed plot of 7,321 m2 is located in a quiet zone and has an automatic entrance gate, a pool of 10 x 5 m with outdoor shower and large covered terrace area of about 80 m2 and a portable BBQ and a jacuzzi and in the back of the property is the large tennis court of 480 m2 and a garden shed.
Enough parking spaces are available and a carport for 2 cars. The well-kept garden has plenty of lawn area and some citrus trees and palm trees.
Rooms: Ground floor: Entrance area with a staircase leading upstairs and a guest toilet. From here you can access 1 bedroom with integrated shower and sep. Toilet which gives the room something special. Exit to terrace.
About this sep. Entrance area leads into the friendly and inviting living room with closed fireplace, which has a terrace exit. Adjacent and still integrated with this – a separate dining area. The separate white fitted kitchen is equipped with a small breakfast area, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hobs and microwave and also has a front terrace exit.

The chalet can also be rented for a few days / weeks all year round (see CH 14 under holiday rental). Animal husbandry by arrangement.
The fireplace can be used, but the heating switches off when a certain room temperature is reached.
