The former country estate from 1940 is home to up to 40 horses and many good-humoured horse lovers who spend their holidays here.
It has 6 apartments, 5 double rooms, guest house, 100 m2 gallery, pellet stove heating, parking spaces, pool and various outbuildings.

23 paddocks with canopies, horse stable with 15 boxes and tack room, 20 x 40 m riding arena, 20 x 60 m dressage arena, round pen with 20 m diameter, trail area.

The name of the village of Montuiri means mountain town (lat.) and the symbol of tradition is the famous 8 windmills in the Molinar district.
